Responsibilities
- Develop monitoring, evaluation and learning system, implement it effectively to assure quality of course content and instruction
- Design new courses working closely with marketing and sales and front desk inputs via CRM, improve the ongoing courses design and delivery
- Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
- Troubleshoot ongoing assessments of issues in regards to course delivery and design
- Develop a process of design and delivery to eliminate mistakes during implementation process
- Strategic thinking and application to restive courses, names and methodology
- Establish continuous growth path for instructors through well-through through and targeted training programs
- Establish an orientation program for all incoming instructors
- Develop and maintain a pool of diversified quality instructors in all offices of Open Education
- Assess the quality of courses based on feedback and evaluations results, produce reports and advise the Director accordingly
- Communicate with professional and language courses coordinators to ensure smooth course delivery and effective feedback mechanism
RequiredQualifications
- Graduate Degree and or five plus years of experience in education and learning industry
- Excellent knowledge of English, Armenian; Russian will be a plus
- Knowledge of assessment design in education, preferably higher education
- Advanced computer literacy
- Creative thinking, ability and experience to design courses
- Ability and experience to deliver ToT
- Excellent verbal and written communication, planning and organizing skills
- Experience in data collection, management and analysis
- Problem analysis and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
