Responsibilities
Marketing and sales:
- Gather and analyze market data to develop sales and marketing plans, working closely with front desk team to take inputs from CRM system
- Monitor competitors and their products
- Set-up targets for sales and marketing for the front desk team, and the team at large, drive the process to deliver results
- Perform on going market research to assess market demand for courses, identify business opportunities, and recommend new courses/workshops to ensure competitive sales and profitability, market leadership position for Extension Office
- Create distinct marketing campaign, engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional literature
- Assess and develop competitive pricing strategies
- Develop corporate packages for courses and services and marketing plan to ensure a distinct corporate client database and actual sales
- Maintain relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
- Utilize SMM and PPC tools to create distinct and competitive campaigns, maintain the strategy to translate them to sales
- Ensure effective information delivery and client education to make the right choices for courses and services
- Develop pertinent content for website SMM outlets and publish them in a timely manner, monitor and report results on a weekly basis CRM and Public Relations:
- Analyze on a weekly basis front desk CRM input and identify effective CRM and public relations maintenance mechanism
- Ensure its delivery and actual results that maintain AUA Extension Office reputation and competitive edge; Special Events:
- Develop Special events coordinating with the regions to set up special event that educate and promote our courses, that enable potential student funnel to AUA, especially from the regions, that enable client base growth for Extension Office in the country

RequiredQualifications

- Undergraduate Degree/Diploma, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration
- Relevant work experience of 5 years
- Knowledge of CRM, PR and PM, PPC and SMM, SEO, website management
- Excellent knowledge of English, Armenian; Russian will be a plus
- Superior time management skills
- Advanced computer literacy
- Marketing and sales skills
- Website management and content writing
- Understanding learning and learning products
