Description
Responsibilities
- Take care of the continuous development of a Live Casino software product by managing the implementation of new and the improvement of existing product features.
- Formulate the product vision and set-up a roadmap for cross-functional tea
- Prioritize features, coordinate resources and maintain the product backlog.
- Intensively cooperate with internal stakeholders and customers to understand their needs, improve organizational alignment, and ensure project success.
- Create mockups and collaborates with design team
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
- Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities
- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
- Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
- Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
RequiredQualifications
- BS or MS in computer science or similar experience as a Software Engineer,
- Experience of UI/UX design process in companies and related products with process tools
- At least 4 years of previous proven working experience as a Live Casio Product Owner
- In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
- Excellent knowledge of English language, Russian knowledge is a plus
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, and work well in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skill
