Description
We are looking for an experienced Outgoing Travel Specialist to join our team. If you are passionate and enthusiastic about traveling, and if you love improving others' travel experiences, we are waiting for you.
Responsibilities
-Research and explore different travel destination options, travel prices
-Meet and cooperate with potential clients to identify, discuss and learn about their travel wishes, specifications and requirements
-Suggest suitable travel options that best suite clients' needs, wants and capabilities
-Plan and organize travels, prepare tour packages, reserve accommodation
-Inform clients and provide useful travel material such as guides, maps and event programs
-Collect deposits and balances
-Offer and promote different services and offerings
-Keep learning about latest industry trends
-Attend webinars, conferences and other educational programs
-Build, maintain and develop relationships with clients, travel industry partners, agencies and tour operators
-Make travel market research, analyze data
-Meet profit and sales targets
RequiredQualifications
-Graduate Degree , preferable in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality or other relevant field
-At least 3 years of previous work experience in relevant role
-Good knowledge of main travel destinations, travel market and trends
-Advanced knowledge of English and Russian languages
-Good practical knowledge of MS Office, Internet
-Ability to communicate and negotiate with partners and customers
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-High sense of responsibility
-Passionate about travel and tourism
-Excellent knowledge of latest tourism trends
-Good understanding of different tourism offerings and options
-Good sales and presentation skills
-Customer oriented mindset
-Ability to work under high pressure
-Candidate with rich personal experience in traveling will have an advantage
-Passion, drive and motivation to learn new things
-Good team player
