Responsibilities

• Creating tasks for IT (for support, development using Jira);
• Coordination with IT contract staff;
• Operation, administration and improvement of software for business continuity;
• Control over implementation of plans to address identified deficiencies;
• Execution of tests of data processing system to ensure functioning of data processing activities;
• Supporting the IT service types development and implementation;
• Handling multidimensional software development process;
• Analyzing user needs and requirements, answering technical questions, troubleshooting software and hardware;
• Managing hardware/software maintenance procedures cooperating with IT network and contract team.

RequiredQualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in information system testing or business application user support, at least 1 year of previous work experience in finance products or related processes;
• Previous work experience with Task Managers (Asana, Jira, etc.)
• Experience in test plan preparation and manual testing, experience in testing automation is preferable;
• Good English or Russian is mandatory;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Attention to detail and strong communication and organization skills.
