Responsibilities
- to suggest suitable travel options that best suite clients' needs, wants and capabilities
- to provide the client with all the information regarding the trip verbally and in a written form
- to book hotels, transportation, tours and activities in accordance to the needs of clients
- to communicate with clients and partners
- to create tour packges
- to collect, process, analyze customers' travel needs
RequiredQualifications
- University degree in a relevant field
- experience as an outgoing tour manager
- experience in handling outbound sales/product development
- knowledge of English and Russian langueages is a must
- ability to work under pressure
- ability to multitask
- time managment skills
- Competent in customer interaction and a team player
- communication skill
