Responsibilities
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gather information; evaluate output requirements and formats;
- Research possible software solutions to increase work efficiency;
- Support project teams during the analysis and planning stages of software development
- Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; form project teams; establish project budget
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
- Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
- Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
- Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
- Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
- Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
RequiredQualifications
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject is desired
- 4+ years of work experience as a Business Analyst
- Knowledge of OOP, design principles and patterns
- Work experience in programming languages is a plus
- Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
- Understanding of Technical requirements in Online Banking or Payment business is a big plus
- Experience in Financial, Banking or payment industry, understanding of online banking and payments, as well as card processing standards is a big plus
- Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
- Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
- Strong communication and team playing skills
- Good knowledge of English language
