Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls taking detailed messages when necessary
- Return phone calls providing sufficient answers to questions
- Perform clerical work such as typing documents printing copying faxing etc.
- Attend meetings and interviews to take notes relevant to the case
- File important and confidential document
- Answer phones in a professional manner providing answers when possible and transferring calls or taking messages when needed
- Set up meetings and appointments with customers or partners
- Enter customer and client information into computer system for easy reference
- Greet guests in the office and direct them appropriately
- Place orders for necessary office items
RequiredQualifications
- University degree. Preferred in Business Administration or related field
- Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Effective oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills
- Strong attention to details, ability to perform duties with minimal supervision and with high level of accuracy
- A sense of urgency, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude
- Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential material and information appropriately
- Availability to work overtime as needed
