Title: Graphic and Software Designer
Reports to: President, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00AM to 6:00PM (Flexible)

Margasoft is looking for an experienced Graphic and Software Designer to join our growing team. These are exciting times to join Margasoft as we are on a rapid growth path and we see our growth only through the means of our employees and their own growth!
The successful candidate will get a great exposure to a range of professionals by communicating directly with all members of the software team as well as Sales team and the Clients.

Responsibilities
-Use the Artistic skills and desires relating to Graphical User Interface design and layout to make well composed and visually stunning user interfaces
-Measure and optimise applications to improve usability, and create the best user experience by exploring many different approaches to solve end-users' problems
-Participate in an overall design concepts definition for web applications
-Work with Engineers and Product managers to find creative and simple to you use design solutions for complex applications
-Work with Engineers on the projects using MS Visual Studio/MS Expression Blend
-Work fast and under the pressure in very tight time-frames
-Collaborate with project teams to plan, analyze, organize, and execute assigned projects
-Demonstrate ability to research and learn new technologies quickly and constantly
-Ability to think outside of the box for cutting edge / next generation user interface
-Design marketing materials for the company
RequiredQualifications
-Extensive experience and skills in Adobe Photoshop, HTML/CSS, XAML and Responsive, Web Design, Mobile Application Design
-Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, Corel Draw, Illustrator is a big plus
-Creative mindset, ability to find design elements associated with software features -Ability to create design elements naturally helping user to navigate properly
-Knowledge of fundamental design principles
-Good problem-solving skills
-Good English
