Responsibilities

  • Provide support for senior level executives as well as different teams in a fast-paced environment;
  • Responsible for international and local travel requests (visa procedures, flights, hotel bookings);
  • Coordinate/arrange meetings, welcome clients and guests;
  • Make biddings, order office supply, take deliveries;
  • Prepare financial reports on the expenses;
  • Assistance in events preparations, close cooperation with HR and Accounting Departments;
  • Manage obstacles to getting work done;
  • Other routine administrative functions.

RequiredQualifications

  • 1+ year experience as an executive assistant and/or travel agent;
  • Ability to handle administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed;
  • Grace under pressure, and the ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice;
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint;
  • Excellent reception services;
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills both in Armenian and English.
