Responsibilities
- Manage existing and new client acquisition data, including client registrations, pre-employment checks and client profile completions
- Reconcile shifts, timesheets, invoices and payments in back office system and BookAMed booking platform on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Monitor shifts, match clients based on availability and email clients
- Organise and deliver reconciliation reports to management team and clients
- Follow up with users to ensure accurate and timely upload of timesheets and pre-employment check documents
- Monitor, optimize and report performance of user acquisition campaigns across different geographies
- Ensure general ledger transactions are timely and accurately reported in the correct entity
- Support the wider Finance team as needed
- Identify and guard against fraudulent activity and reduce losses; lead root cause analysis on operational defects
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly user acquisition and transaction reports
- Monitor payment providers charges on a daily basis and request settlements
- Resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities to improve back office processes
- Support programmers in the automation of the reconciliation process
- Liaise with Customer Services to resolve customer queries
- Create and update documentation outlining the reconciliation processes
- Manage individual tasks priorities, deadlines and deliverables
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Mathematics
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, accounting, reconciliation or back office roles
- Profound knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Highly numerate person with ability to work with large amounts of data
- Proven analytical abilities; problem-solving and investigative skills
- Excellent attention to details
- Understanding of data protection guidelines
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced atmosphere
- Fluency in English language, both oral and written
- Experience of working as a Reconciliation Specialist in a bank is a plus
- Knowledge of Macros and MySQL is a plus
