Description
RGAM Retail Group Armenia CJSC is looking for a Financial Manager to join its team. The incumbent will be responsible for the administrative, financial and risk management operations of the Company, for development of financial and operational strategy, ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve Company assets and for development of accurate reports of financial results.

Responsibilities
- Monitor, control and direct the implementation of the strategic business plan;
- Control the Company's overall accounting function;
- Control the Company's overall financial transactions and accountancy matters, including audit systems;
- Coordinate analysis and reports about the Company's financial performance;
- Develop financial and tax strategies;
- Understand and mitigate key elements of the Company's risk profile;
- Develop and monitor reliable control systems;
- Ensure Company compliance with legal and financial regulatory requirements;
- Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies;
- Monitor and control cash balances and cash forecasts;
- Manage Company policies regarding capital requirements, debt, taxation, equity and acquisitions as appropriate;
- Assist the Country Director with the Group's financial reporting as required and provide advice to support the decision making process;
- Prepare the Group's annual budget in consultation with the Country Director;
- Prepare short-term and long-term financial forecasts of financial performance;
- Lead and develop finance teams.

RequiredQualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting;
- At least 5 years of experience in finance ideally in a multi-site, multi-business fast moving consumer-based organization;
- Excellent practical knowledge of accounting;
- Quantitative skills;
- ACCA participation;
- Extensive, practical working knowledge of Armsoft;
- Problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Ability to motivate and lead a team;
- Commercial acumen;
- Change management skills;
- Innovative and creative thinking;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English language language;
- Professional working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly advanced knowledge of Excel.
