Description
The company is currently seeking a committed individual to fill in the vacancy of Production manager in textile industry.
The incumbent will ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently.
Responsibilities
-Planning and organizing production schedules
-Assessing project and resource requirements
-Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
-Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
-Determining quality control standards
-Overseeing production processes
-Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
-Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
-Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
-Liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff
-Supervising the work of junior staff
-Organising relevant training sessions
RequiredQualifications
-Higher education in a related field
-Experience in production, factory processes
-Excellent communication skills
-Strong analytical and organizational skills
-Ability to multitask on a daily basis
-Have critical thinking
-Proven ability to push projects to completion
-Strong management, organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Word / Outlook is a must
-Strong written and verbal communication skill are a must
-Team player with a can-do attitude
-Effective prioritizing and time management skills
-Hands-on and results-oriented
