Description
Executive Assistant will be responsible for Creative Armenia's daily operations, in-office administrative as well as technical arrangements, providing support and coordination across all departments - communications, creative, and other - and assisting management in meeting organizational goals. The incumbent will also be responsible for Creative Armenia's communication with different audiences, such as talent network of the Company, applicants of various projects, fellows, as well as writing press releases, creating and designing newsletters, while also responding to media and general inquiries about the Company, writing marketing materials or coordinating promotional events.

Responsibilities
- Realize daily administrative and technical organization of the Company's in-office activities;
- Realize daily communication with general and media inquiries about the Company;
- Coordinate the Company's official website content, keeping it up to date on a daily basis;
- Provide administrative support including: scheduling meetings, conference calls, controlling in-office management system, maintaining calendars, and arranging travel, managing correspondence, and processing reimbursements;
- Coordinate logistics, draft agendas and provide advance materials;
- Keep track of all tasks being realized by all staff members through a workflow management platform – and keep everyone on track in meeting deadlines;
- Create and design newsletters on weekly/ monthly basis;
- Write marketing materials and coordinate promotional events;
- Write social media content in English and Armenian languages;
- Assist Graphics Editor with designs;
- Make necessary researches;
- Arrange translations of necessary materials from/ to Armenian/ English language;
- Handle incoming calls to the office of the CEO and Founder;
- Perform other job-related tasks as directed by Management.

RequiredQualifications
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), Google Tools (Email, Drive, Calendar, Documents, etc.); willingness to learn new programs and be updated constantly;
- Proficient knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and other design softwares is strongly preferred;
- Familiarity with web template platforms such as Wix is preferred;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Responsibility and punctuality;
- Previous experience in daily communication;
- Proposal writing skills;
- Attention to detail and ability to juggle several tasks at once;
- Outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills in English and Armenian languages; knowledge of Russian language is preferred;
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a deadline-driven environment;
- Previous experience in office management encouraged but not required;
- Creative spirit, ideas, and solutions;
- Proficiency in design.
