Description
Armenian National E-Health Operator invites all qualified candidates to apply for the position of Business Analyst. The incumbent will be responsible for analysis, documentation and communication of business needs and requirements as well as monitoring of their timely completion.
Responsibilities
- Gather analysis and documentation of business needs and requirements;
- Interact with business stakeholders in order to understand their problems and needs;
- Responsible for product analysis, definition and documentation of relevant needs and findings;
- Responsible for design, documentation and maintenance of business processes and procedures;
- Report on common sources of issues/ questions, making recommendations to the product team;
- Communicate key insights and findings to product team and other relevant stakeholders;
- Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of business requirements;
- Perform other job-related activities as requested.
RequiredQualifications
- University degree in Economics or Business Management; MBA would be an asset;
- At least 3 years of work experience in a related field;
- PMP credential would be an asset;
- Excellent computer skills; advanced knowledge of MS Excel;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent knowledge of English language;
- Ability to work both independently and in a team;
- Detail oriented and inquisitive person with analytical skills;
- Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational;
- Extremely organized with strong time management skills.
