Responsibilities
DUTY 1/Mission 1
- To assist in the coordination and implementation of Staff Development programmes to adequately and effectively meet the needs of the INTERPOL Staff.
- To deliver Training Need Analysis (TNA) for staff and future needs of core business.
- To develop, deliver, and outsource training and enhanced induction programme in line with competency management and integrate staff training management in SAP.
- To work in close collaboration with all senior staff to constantly identify emerging developmental training needs / gaps through the application of the Training Need Analysis (TNA) process;
- To constantly assess the needs, identify and promote the latest and most efficient training approaches that would enhance effective training and learning;
- To develop and deliver Staff Training sessions including Blended Learning and Distance/Digital Learning to ensure possible delivery in all INTERPOL duty stations;
- To identify outsourceable Training and select potential providers;
- To ensure accurate data is entered in the training management system (SAP). DUTY 2/Mission 2 To assist in the development of the Competency Management Framework and to integrate competency management in SAP.
- To analyse existing job description and create a catalogue of competencies;
- To run interviews with staff and managers to establish Staff known and unknown competencies;
- To work with management to determine future competency needs so that it becomes part of the workforce planning elements;
- To ensure that Staff training is competency-based, and;
- To help integrate competency management in all HR processes, including Performance Management and through SAP.
DUTY 3/Mission 3
- Perform any other duties as required by the supervisor
