Description
TeamViewer has an immediately opening for Scrum Master.
Responsibilities
-Act as a Scrum Master and Team Coach for one to two agile development teams operating within a total of 20 agile teams
-Active involvment in the deployment and continuous optimization of the use of agile methodologies in the development process
-Experience sharing with the other Scrum Masters in the organization
-Bear responsibility for the Scrum Process and, as Scrum Master, see it as responsibility to accompany the teams and ensure their success
-Identify potential impediments, highlight these accordingly and ensure their removal
-Enable our development teams to plan self-organized Sprints, and to achieve set goals autonomously
-Recognize conflicts both within and outside of the team, and will assist conflicting parties in solving any issues themselves
-Act as a role model in our meetings and ensure their success
RequiredQualifications
-Possess solid communication and moderation skills
-Bring many years of professional experience as a Scrum Master to the software projects
-Have acquired practical experience with other agile methods (e.g. XP, Kanban, Lean Startup, Design Thinking, Competitive Engineering, Management 3.0, etc.)
-Have the courage to generate transparency and solve problems above and beyond hierarchical boundaries
-Adopt an open approach to your colleagues, respect the opinions of others and seek out straightforward solutions
-Have a clear focus on the most urgent topics, while always keeping the customer in mind
-Demonstrate passion for all that you do, and stand by what you say
-Create and offer a level of trust that also stretches beyond team boundaries
-Communicate in German and English fluently within an international team environment
