Responsibilities
Manage, lead and develop procurement team
Arrange Procurement process in compliance with the Company's purchasing policy and procedures
Ensure the best conditions of purchasing products and services
Find requested suppliers, as well as negotiate on prices and other conditions
Be responsible for ensuring customs clearance and other customs procedures
Cooperate with other department Manager's to plan procurement schedules in compliance with the Company's requests
Lead the development and implementation of procurement policies and system strategies to support tendering, contracts management, spend analytics and supplier performance management
Drive continuous improvement, best value and quality improvements within the team and departments in challenging existing practices and actively seek ways to achieve better outcomes, contributing to ensure key performance and financial targets are met and corrective action taken where necessary
Organize the delivery of necessary materials for the Company's manufacturing activities
RequiredQualifications
Excellent communication and influencing skills including negotiating and contracting
Experience of developing and managing staff
Good level networking and liaison skills and ability to meet deadlines and targets
Good team work skills actively involving colleagues across the business, building the benefits of collaborative working
Self-developer – acting as a role model, investing time in their own development and encouraging others
Talent in negotiations and networking
Experience in collecting and analyzing data
Strong leadership capabilities
BSc degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration
Fluent English knowledge
Excellent MS office knowledge, knowledge of SAP is an advantage
Readiness to travel
