Responsibilities

- Prepares and finishes surfaces inside and outside of the Embassy facility and short term leased (STL) residences based on oral instructions from the supervisor and work orders received
- Paints with latex, enamel or varnish surface either by hand or spray pressure applications

RequiredQualifications

- Completion of High School
- At least one year of journeyman experience in trade of primary expertise
- Level I (Rudimentary) English and Level III (Good Working Knowledge) Armenian
- Must have a valid, current class "B" license that is not currently suspended or revoked. Shall have had a valid driver's license for a minimum of 5 years. Must demonstrate safe driving skills (to be tested)
- Must have full journeyman level knowledge of painting practices and procedures and tools of the trade
- For driving and insurance purposes, the incumbent must be 25 years or older
