Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the operations of the IT department on daily basis
- Assess infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands
- Identify, analyze and resolve the infrastructure problems
- Assist with the installation of new hardware and software, help and train employees on its use
- Develop new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency and enhance workflow
- Offer suggestions for possible upgrades and changes within the IT department
RequiredQualifications
- Technical education and background is preferable
- Fluency in English, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills and analytical mindset
- Proven strong discipline and organizational skills
- Self-starter, goal-getter (finisher), detail-oriented (perfectionist)
- Knowledge of basic scripting language is preferable
- Eager to continuously improve by learning, applying and growing
- Proven multi-tasking and prioritization skills
