Description
To work out solutions, design and draw up specifications for HVAC projects, to control, to manage and to monitor installation and commissioning works in accordance with local codes, standards as well as technical, quality and safety requirements.
Responsibilities
-Provide high standard, innovative engineering solution for the project/cases and implementation of the solutions in the practice
-Working out detailed thermo technical calculations
-Sketch conceptual design of heating system, boiler house, heating substation etc.
-Preliminary design review with the customer technical staff
-Provide detailed specifications of the designed HVAC systems in compliance with the company's standards
-Coordinate and to supervise works carried out to ensure they meet design documents and shop-drawings as well as necessary standards
-Provide shop-drawings, relevant specifications with use of contemporary AutoCAD based professional software
-Commissioning and start-up of installed equipment in compliance with relevant manuals and instructions
-Control all service works carried out by installers and technicians
-Reviewing the quality of the services provided by Contractors and making recommendations where improvements are identified
-Preparing and distributing reports to Management
RequiredQualifications
-Diploma / Qualification in technical discipline
-Strong theoretical and practical knowledge
-At least 1 year experience in heating system, boiler house, heating substation and related topics
-Experience in mechanical, hydraulic devices
-Proven experience in operation of HVAC systems
-Knowledge of local codes and regulations regarding HVAC
-Computer literate including AutoCAD
-Fluent written and spoken of Armenian, English and Russian Languages is obligatory
