- Higher education in the field of energy or electrical engineering
- Excellent knowledge and skills in organizing and promoting the product, quality service
- Ability to search for new ways to produce efficient production
- Literary speech, excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Flexibility and self-determination
- Ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analyzes, to notice problems and to propose their optimal solutions
- Skills for organizing everyday coordinated work and time management
- Ability to work efficiently with the team
- Technical skills (computer and auxiliary programs)
- Knowledge of languages: Armenian, Russian, English
