Responsibilities
– Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media,
– Maintain social media presence across all digital channels,
– Develop and implement a successful social media and community management strategy for all clients on all the major platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google+ and Pinterest,
– Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns,
– Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on the insights,
– Manage website content, a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks to meet,
– Optimize website and social media channels for usability,
– Evaluate competitor's Digital Marketing strategies and create plans to overtake them,
– Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies with the Head of Marketing,
– Assist with special projects as needed.
RequiredQualifications
– University degree in Marketing,
– 2+ years of extensive work experience,
– Experience leading marketing database, email, social media and advertising campaigns,
– Highly creative,
– Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate,
– Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns,
– Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing,
– Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages.
