Responsibilities
- Handle cash transactions for various types of services (utilities, taxes, loans, etc.)
- Provide assistance to customers about available services
- Perform cash-out transactions from Idram wallets
- Perform customers verification in Idram system
- Document and report about realized transactions
- Consult customers to start using Idram wallet
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
- Work experience, preferably in the relevant field
- Excellent communication skills
- Team work abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced computer skills; knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages
