Responsibilities
- Transistor level analog and mixed signal integrated circuitry design and verification
- Block level and IP level verifications
- Silicon debugging and troubleshooting of design
- Participate in layout review of analog and mixed signal circuits
- Evaluation and troubleshooting of analog and mixed signal circuits
RequiredQualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience and BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
- Solid knowledge in transistor level Analog and Mixed Signal circuit design and layout
- Design and development experience of op-amps, level-shifters, bandgap references, PLLs and high speed IO interfaces
- Deep understanding of CMOS and FinFet process technologies
- Understanding ESD and Latch up requirements and device reliability rules
- Working knowledge of Synopsys design tools (Hspice, Finesim, Waveview, CosmosScope, ICV, Custom Compiler, Custom_Sim)
- User level knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
- Working knowledge of VerilogA is a plus
- Knowledge in TCL or Perl scripting language is a plus
- Good written and verbal English language skills
- Good presentation skills, ability to work with documentations
- Good reporting skills, ability to report the issue in appropriate manner and level
- Ability to work under the pressure (where needed) to meet the deadlines
- Positive personality with good communication skills and team player
