Responsibilities
- Organize operation and maintenance of the leased and own real estate of the Company;
- Prepare and submit necessary reports regarding administrative costs;
- Plan and control administrative costs;
- Control the quality approved cleaning services;
- Control processes ensuring the fire safety of the Company;
- Monitor energy supply, air conditioning and optimization of electricity costs.

RequiredQualifications
- Higher education;
- At least 2 years of experience in the relevant field;
- Analytical, forecasting and budgeting skills;
- Reporting, business writing and presentation skills;
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to set up long-term partnership;
- Results and profit increase oriented personality;
- Leadership, team-building and personnel management capabilities;
- Ability to set priorities and be a quick decision maker;
- Advanced computer skills; experience in working with Microsoft Office;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages.
