Description
Profmont Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated and responsible person to fulfill the position of HVAC Engineer. The incumbent will be responsible for heating and ventilation, water supply and drainage systems.

Responsibilities
- Design the following engineering systems through AutoCAD or ArchiCAD: ventilation, water supply and drainage, internal electrical networks, security systems, boiler room, chillers, pumping station and cooling system;
- Calculate the budget of the project;
- Provide the list of materials and equipment required for the project, indicating the type, quantity and quality of the materials;
- Supervise the project during the installation, provide necessary information and drawings for the correct execution of installation works;
- Responsible for the choice of equipment and materials required for the project.

RequiredQualifications
- University degree, preferably with specializations of Heating and Gas Supply, Ventilation, Hot and Cold Water Supply and Sewerage;
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or AchiCAD;
- Computer skills;
- Knowledge of normative acts;
- Fluency in Armenian and Russian languages.
