Description
The FMC Service Support Specialist is responsible for providing service to the selected customers of the Company.

Responsibilities
- Check and eliminate the malfunctions related to WiFi equipment;
- Check and eliminate the malfunctions related to IP TV and telephony;
- Carry out the required document execution;
- Perform cabling works;
- Install equipment and perform other support works;
- Check their quality and make respective labeling;
- Provide the management with monthly/ weekly reports on the performed works.

RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT sphere;
- At least 1 year of work experience in the field of IT networks;
- Relevant knowledge and experience in the field of WiFi, FTTH and GPON networking;
- Knowledge of the software;
- Knowledge of Windows Active Directory, Windows 7/ 8/ 10 network, software and system troubleshooting;
- Knowledge of English and Russian languages;
- Effective communication and planning skills;
- Ability to organize and manage various tasks;
- Ethical behavior;
- Ability to gain technical knowledge;
- Adaptability/ flexibility;
- Problem-solving skills.
