Responsibilities
- Assist in financial and operational regular analytics;
- Assist in the development and regular update of the Company's complex financial/ business model;
- Responsible for ad hoc projects analysis and financial modeling to support the senior and executive management;
- Assist in preparing Board of Directors' and Lender reporting packages;
- Analyze financial performance against key business metrics (including mining specific cost metrics) and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to determine the Company's progress;
- Prepare budget versus actual analysis group report;
- Actively participate in the Company's and the Group's planning process;
- Research industry trends as necessary;
- Perform various other analytical functions, including analyzing proposed introduction of various new programs;
- Perform other similar duties as assigned and required;
- Travel to region(s) when necessary.

RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance, or a related field;
- At least 5 years of finance management, consulting or audit experience;
- Hands-on experience in financial modeling;
- Understanding of accounting processes, procedure and internal controls;
- Participation in or completed international accounting/ finance qualification is a plus (ACCA, CPA, CIMA and CFA);
- Strong research and analytical skills;
- Excellent computer skills including advanced knowledge of Excel and accounting software packages as needed (Armenian Software);
- Excellent knowledge of English language;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Project management skills;
- Highly organized and detail-oriented person with a strong work ethic and demonstrated teamwork skills;
- Ability to function independently and effectively in a self-directed environment.
