Description
Responsibilities
- Design the following engineering systems through AutoCAD or ArchiCAD: ventilation, water supply and drainage, internal electrical networks, security systems, boiler room, chillers, pumping station and cooling system
- Calculate the budget of the project
- Provide the list of materials and equipment required for the project, indicating the type, quantity and quality of the materials
- Supervise the project during the installation, provide necessary information and drawings for the correct execution of installation works
- Responsible for the choice of equipment and materials required for the project
RequiredQualifications
- University degree, preferably with specializations of Heating and Gas Supply, Ventilation, Hot and Cold Water Supply and Sewerage
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or AchiCAD
- Computer skills
- Knowledge of normative acts
- Fluency in Armenian and Russian languages
