Description
The incumbent will be responsible for increasing customers' confidence towards Bank's brand, promotion of Bank's products and services, as well as communication channels management.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and coordinate Bank's Marketing and PR strategy;
- Manage Bank's internal and external communication process;
- Responsible for Bank's strategy communication to all employees;
- Responsible for Bank's brand development;
- Implement marketing campaigns;
- Organize the process of identifying customers' needs by their segments;
- Define online customer service quality standards;
- Responsible for semi-annual customer satisfaction evaluation;
- Manage and update Bank's website and social media pages;
- Monitor Bank's brand compliance in branches and other locations.

RequiredQualifications
- University degree in Marketing, PR, Social Science and related fields;
- At least 3 years of relevant professional work experience; experience in banking will be a plus;
- Knowledge of banking and banking legislation;
- Knowledge of financial reporting analysis;
- Knowledge of civil code;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Communication and presentation skills;
