Responsibilities

- Establish daily tasks and ensure performance
- Identify factors preventing tasks implementation and meet challenges
- Summerize task implementation and prepare reports
- Identify improvement areas and initiate changes to ensure growth
- Manage sales team, monitor and implement credit control, follow up payments
- Implement market visit and manage sales team work in stores
- Prepare and present management report on sales result

RequiredQualifications

- Minimum 3 years' experience in managerial position
- Ability to lead team
- Ability to build relations
- Computer knowledge, ability to work with MS Office and analytical thinking
- Knowledge of foreign languages will be an advantage
- Ambitious, energetic person who is looking for professional development
