Responsibilities

Conduct online and offline research

Monitor industry statistics

Collect data on consumers, competitors, compliance, and market

Consolidate information into actionable items such as statistical tables, reports, and presentations

Perform valid and reliable SWOT analysis

Analyze macroeconomic environments of target markets, companies, consumers

Identify market trends by applying different research methods

Design surveys to discover the preferences of prospective customers
-
Exploit different customer acquisition opportunities and provide recommendations

Interpret data, formulate reports, and make recommendations to the management

Develop customer demographic profiles

Identify niche market opportunities

Identify proper market penetration methods

Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices
RequiredQualifications
-
Higher education, degree in sociology, marketing, statistics or relevant field is preferred

Proven market research and analysis experience
-
Excellent knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative methods of market research
-
Excellent knowledge of statistical packages such as SPSS, SAS, or similar, databases and MS Office (particularly Excel)
-
Excellent understanding of business objectives
-
Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills
-
Proven ability to work both on own and as part of a team

Excellent knowledge of English, Russian, and Armenian languages
-
Experience in the igaming industry will be considered as a plus
