Responsibilities
- Developing and establishing group financial management strategy, providing direction and leadership during the implementation of strategy for 3 markets (Armenia, Georgia, Belarus);
- Overseeing company's past and present financial situation as well as the capital structure, cash management, asset and liability management. Leading the group liquidity and forecasting future economic return;
- Developing a system of financial and economic indicators for assessing performance and productivity;
- Maintaining budgeting and financial reporting processes alignment among three countries;
- Controlling the sources and uses of funds. Developing and revising financial models for investments;
- Developing and revising of financial reporting;
- Evaluating and assessing financial performance and productivity;
- Conducting financial risk assessment.
RequiredQualifications
- University degree in Economics/Accounting/Finance;
- At least 5 years of work experience in managerial position in relevant field;
- Knowledge of Accountancy and Financial business processes and reporting standards, including IFRS;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Strong managerial and leadership skills;
- Ability to achieve results and meet strict deadlines in an effective manner;
- Analytical and strategic thinking;
- Ability to set priorities and behave as a quick decision-maker in complex cases;
- Reporting, business writing and presentation skills;
- Budgeting and budget management skills;
- Team building and communication skills;
- Stress management skills.
