Description
Responsibilities
- Agreement management including the data input to the software used by the Firm;
- Invoice generation and record keeping;
- Preparation and tracking of budgets and vendor contracts;
- Compilation of cash flow statements and receivables;
- Setting up, maintenance of files and general correspondence;
- Responsible for following-up on assigned tasks;
- Undertake special assignments/projects on a wide variety of issues as requested.
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance;
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in a relevant filed;
- Strong knowledge of Armenian Software;
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook);
- Advanced knowledge in English and Russian;
- Ability to exercise discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive matters is essential;
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a cross-functional manner and manage the needs of multiple constituents is critical;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone etiquette, are required;
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, clarity, accuracy and conciseness.
