Responsibilities

• Write, edit and translate various types of content for our social media accounts
• Develop, implement and manage COAF’s social media strategy
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Work with visual content creator and designer to ensure content is informative and appealing
• Collaborate closely with Communications team members, and organization’s Programs team
• Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic and effectiveness, then utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes
• Regularly research new technologies and trends in social media
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create strong network
• Distinguish content pillars that will guide the social marketing strategy
• Actively engage with the online community and respond to their comments, messages promptly and in a constructive way according to the KPIs set
• Take frequent trip to communities and regions supported by the organization.

 

RequiredQualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or another relevant field
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media and/or communications
• Excellent knowledge of social media networks including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube
• Good understanding of social media management and analytics tools
• Familiarity with web design (Adobe InDesign/Photoshop) and publishing (Wordpress)
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication and presentation skills
• Excellent content creation & time-management skills
• Creative mind and a team player
• Native English speaker with excellent skills in written and verbal communication, story-telling and reporting
• Highly responsible and extremely attentive to details.
