Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing processes, identify process challenges by analyzing process data and metrics
• Facilitate teams to critically review current processes for effectiveness, quality and simplification.
• Assist in promoting the implementation of best practices.
• Recommend innovative business and technical solutions to improve operational effectiveness.
• Teaching/Mentoring/Coaching teams on Agile practices, roles, artifacts and ceremonies;
• Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology.
• Managing projects to ensure successful delivery of the scope
• Arranged daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process.

RequiredQualifications

• Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices;
• 2 years as Scrum Master on Agile Projects
• Understand other development processes and methodologies and can leverage other techniques to provide value to the team
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Proficient in Armenian, Russian and English languages.
