Responsibilities

• Travel to the villages of the program target region, visit the beneficiaries’ businesses;
• Do the observation of business premises and conduct an interview with the beneficiaries;
• Ask questions in accordance with instructions to obtain various specified information, fill in the questionnaire accurately;
• Identify and resolve inconsistencies in interviewees' responses by means of appropriate questioning and/or explanation;
• Make photos of the business premises and the beneficiaries;
• Return the questionnaires to Yerevan office upon completion.

 

RequiredQualifications

 

• BA Degree in economics, social sciences, statistics, or related field;
• Experience in designing and conducting surveys;
• Excellent knowledge of Armenian, knowledge of English is an asset;
• Attention to detail and accuracy, and a sense of ethics;
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with other team members;
• Ability to interact with people with different backgrounds;
• Experience in rural business environment is an asset.
