Responsibilities
Performance Objectives:
The first objective is to address financial issues and inquiries in a timely manner. Together with your direct team of 3 financial specialists, you will collaboratively clarify, explore and follow the solutions of issues of financial operations.
Daily tasks here include:
-
perform financial and accounting related activities in a timely manner,
-
prepare finance journal entries and account reconciliation reports,
-
evaluate financial documents for correctness and completeness,
-
ensure financial and accounting reports are prepared in accordance with the company/federal rules and regulations,
-
generate financial transaction records for collections, invoices, payments, expenses, revenues, etc for future reference purposes,
-
maintain accurate documentation for financial operations and transactions,
-
review profit and loss statements to identify gaps and find relevant solutions,
-
maintain accurate financial data and reports for submission to senior management.

Must-have.s:
-
close to native fluency in English – this means you’re confident to express your ideas in English as well as make/read financial documentation. This is crucial (!) as you will directly work with our English-speaking teams,

at least a years of working experience in administration, banking or financial system,
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related fields,
-
understanding of financial and accounting principles,
-
excellent skills in Microsoft Excel/Word,
-
passion for research, confident Internet navigation.
