Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
- Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
- Lead product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Produce and review product requirements backlog
- Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
- Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision
- Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users
RequiredQualifications
- Familiarity with Agile framework
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or management
- At least 2 years of proven working experience in project management in IT (understanding of sports betting principals is a plus)
- Knowledge of monitoring, evaluation and reporting tools for project management a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of English language skills, both written and spoken
- Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to immediately react to the changes in business environment
- Ability to lead prioritization discussions and facilitate agreement
