Description
The Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for managing human resource programs, policies and practices. He/ she ensures leadership, organizational efficiency, productivity and trust within the Company. The HR Manager coordinates hiring, termination, benefits, training and employee relations. He/ she also advises staff regarding employment regulations, policies and practices, and ensures that the Company's practices are in compliance with local requirements.

Responsibilities
- Develop Human Resources policies, regulations and projects and ensure that everything is done in compliance with labor regulations and internal policies and procedures;
- Oversee the Company's Human Resources activities including organizational development, recruitment, labor relations, compensation and benefits and trainings;
- Oversee the implementation of strategic and organizational goals of the department and promote various HR programs to create efficient workplace;
- Administer compensation and benefits plans;
- Design and oversee overall recruitment process;
- Manage the relations with counterparts and with other managers to ensure coordination of strategic functions and objectives;
- Develop Human Resources Department budget and financial models and forecasts taking into account organizational goals and expected outcomes of the Company;
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training and development initiatives;
- Manage staff or direct subordinate managers taking responsibilities of performing appropriate allocation of responsibilities and tasks, the assessment of the work done, staff planning and work analyses;
- Work on staff motivation and provide relevant consulting;
- Prepare reports and other documents, in case of necessity.

RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in Human Resources, Sociology or other related fields;
- At least 3 years of work experience in a relevant field;
- Strong understanding of general human resources policies and procedures;
- Good knowledge of employment/ labor laws;
- Excellent ability to guide, direct, listen and involve staff in decision-making and inspire loyalty, honesty, and commitment to the Company;
- Excellent management, planning and decision making skills;
- Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent time-management, leadership and delegation skills;
- Strong ability to deal with staff with tact;
- Initiative, honest, reliable and goal-oriented person;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Additional HR training will be a plus.
