Description
Araratbank is looking for a Regional Manager. The incumbent will coordinate the activities of the branches, develop the branch network, provide continuous growth of profitability as well as growth of financial services and number of customers.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate branch activities;
- Exercise control function;
- Carry out actions aimed at fostering the sale of services provided by the Bank;
- Draft economic activity indicators of the branches;
- Analyze planned indicators of the branches and exercise control over the performance;
- Identify branch issues and take actions to solve them;
- Draft and present reports;
- Arrange training for the branch employees.

RequiredQualifications
- Higher education, preferably in Economics and Management;
- At least 1 year of experience in the financial and banking field;
- Knowledge of banking, finance, economics and management;
- Knowledge of Armenian banking legislation and RA CBA normative acts;
- Information collection, analysis and management skills;
- Computer literacy, particularly excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word and AS bank system;
- Interpersonal and conflict management skills;
- Ability of drafting and presenting reports;
- Teamwork, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
