Responsibilities
- Support company's Internet marketing strategy and techniques with first-hand knowledge of SEO, SEM, Email marketing and Social media
- Perform analysis of Internet Marketing related performance and other data sets to determine the customer's campaign cost-per-lead, conversion rates, or other key metrics
- Communicate with internal and external clients on a regular basis to review the performance of Internet marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement
- Writing proposals for custom Internet marketing campaigns
- Make recommendations to Digital Strategists on how to improve the performance of campaigns
- Ability to implement some recommended campaign changes, including landing pages, on-page SEO (internal linking, H tags, adding alt tags, etc.)
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Digital Strategists, Content, Social, SEO, and SEM strategists to implement recommended changes
- Perform other duties as assigned
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent
- 2+ years of general marketing experience, ideally including recent digital media marketing
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- Proficiency in various digital tools ( Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, mobile marketing attribution, etc.)
- Good English, well spoken and written
- Detail-oriented, highly analytical and data/ results driven approach
- Proven discipline drive for results and ability to analyze campaign results and pull action-oriented recommendations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and run multiple campaigns through different phases of execution
- High level of strategic/ creative thinking
- Knowledge of industry trends
- Highly motivated and dependable with exceptional communication skills
- Be open to receiving feedback
