Responsibilities

- Answer and direct calls
- Maintain contact lists
- Assist in preparation of reports
- Make translations from Armenian language into Russian/ English languages and vice versa
- Produce and distribute letters and forms
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Provide information by answering questions and requests
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning
- Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff
- Coordinate office procedures

RequiredQualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics or a relevant field
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages; knowledge of business English (in finance and accounting field) will be considered as an advantage
- At least 1 year of working experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a team and individually
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Detail oriented person comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
