Description
EpygiArm LLC is looking for a Technical Support Engineer who will provide high level technical support on the Company's products via ticketing system, telephone and email response. The fundamental goal of this position is to help the Company's customers achieve success using its products.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via telephone queue and email and through support portal to address technical challenges;
- Troubleshoot customer-reported incidents;
- Gather, review and record log files, traces, configuration, environmental information and network topology data;
- Maintain accurate and timely records in the Company's incident tracking system.
RequiredQualifications
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent;
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English language;
- Knowledge of networking protocols;
- Knowledge of Voice over IP protocols;
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new standards and techniques;
- Strongly developed analytical and troubleshooting skills.
