Responsibilities

- Organizing meetings
- Organizing the office layout
- Preparing letters, presentations, reports
- Greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to employees
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Answer incoming calls
- Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored
- Ability to handle large variety of details and work under pressure across all levels of organization
- Assists the CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence, agendas and compiling documents for meetings
