Avenue Consulting Group is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing and PR Manager to be responsible for overall marketing efforts. The incumbent will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion.

Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends;
- Develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns;
- Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas: content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.;
- Liaise with partners to execute promotional events and campaigns;
- Collaborate with marketing and other specialists to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts;
- Formulate PR plans and strategies;
- Manage media relations and requests;
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels: social media, e-mail, TV, etc.;
- Assist in analyzing marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, for shaping future marketing strategies;
- Undertake individual tasks of the marketing plan as assigned;
- Perform other job-related duties assigned by the Supervisor.

RequiredQualifications
- BS/ BA in Marketing, Communications or a related field;
- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or in a similar role;
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements, including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO, SMM, and market research methods;
- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools;
- Solid computer skills: MS Office, marketing software including Adobe Creative Suite and CRM, applications including web analytics, Google AdWords, etc.;
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools such as Dreamweaver is desired;
- Well-organized and detail-oriented person;
- Exceptional communication and writing skills;
- Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind;
- Excellent written and verbal skills in Armenian, Russian and English languages.
