- B.S./M.S. in relevant field
- At least 2 years of work experience in HR
- Proven experience in recruitment or sales
- Experience of working in US on a relevant position
- Familiarity with Armenian labor market, knowledge of minimum law requirements
- Ability to identify new hiring channels
- Proven experience of headhunting
- Demonstrated ability to effectively influence and interact with all levels of the organization utilizing excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
Create and champion a culture of cohesion in the region Career development suggestions for staff in region (needs to know every staff member well and individually to do this effectively) Develop and implement employee development, engagement, motivation and retention programs Promote corporate values and enable business success Responsible for enhancing employee brand in the regional labor market Develop and implement HR strategy and initiatives aligned with the region specifications, global HR standards and overall business strategy Manage the recruitment and selection process: - Help identifying hiring needs
- Work closely with Hiring Managers (HM) to building job descriptions
- Identifying successful hiring channels
- Coordinate, facilitate and conduct interviews
- Discuss and negotiate on employment offers
- Coordinate onboarding process including the collection of proper paperwork, opening of accounts, assigning of a “buddy”
- Actively practice headhunting
In collaboration with the HM, assess training needs Ensure approachability by regional staff Oversee health and safety status of working environment Ensure that the region is legally compliant and HR administration is done properly aligned with the region’s Labor Laws Implement proper terminations, conduct exit interviews Act as a coach for the HMs in HR matters Deflate employee conflicts Other duties as assigned
