DHL Express Armenia is looking for a candidate to fill the position of Customer Service Agent.

Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service to clients;
- Order booking and shipment tracing;
- Solve the problems and complaints from customers;
- Perform a variety of customer service support duties; ensure timely and accurate information is provided to customers in a professional manner; respond to inquiries via phone and mail;
- Communicate with customers face to face in reception;
- Prepare different types of contracts, references, appendixes and other documents.

RequiredQualifications
- Higher education;
- Experience in customer service is appreciated;
- Fluency in English, Russian and Armenian languages, both verbal and written;
- Knowledge of MS Office;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Effective negotiation and communication skills;
- Ability to work in stressful situations; quick decision maker with ability to set priorities.
