Description
Factumsoft is looking for a Mid-Level C++/VC++ MFC developer responsible for building desktop applications controlling radio equipment.
Responsibilities
-Be responsible for the design, implementation of production-quality applications, databases, and systems and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C++ code, which may involve development on both client and server software components
-Turn specifications into industrial-strength software solutions and ability to gain an understanding of the underlying business processes
-Build and execute test cases at unit testing level
-Resolve customer issues at the Development Support level with high customer satisfaction ensure high quality of corrections and support packages
-Developer is also expected to take full responsibility for the work up to delivery into the production environment, as well as provide some post-release support, including analyzing problems and optimization of support activities
-Assist in the development of verification environments using top methodologies
RequiredQualifications
-Strong background in C++ development, preferably in a Windows environment with exposure to MFC, and with experience of large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded systems
-Experience of design, implementation and testing of large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded systems
-Understanding of STL. Good problem solving and analytical skills
-Evidence of the ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure
